Online technical test:
If the position requires it, we will ask you to take a technical test to assess your skills and abilities in relation to the vacant position.
Interview with HR:
Afterwards, you will have a personal interview with the HR and Talent Recruitment Department. Through this interview we want to review more deeply your professional background, experience, knowledge, developed competencies and interests. We will also take the opportunity to provide you with all the information you need about the position and introduce you to our company.
Interview with General Management:
Depending on the profile required, it may be necessary to have a second interview with the General Management of the corresponding line of activity.
Technical interview with Operations Management:
In this last interview we will also deepen your knowledge and professional experience, but from a much more technical aspect and specifically focused on the line of business and position offered. You will also be provided with concise information about the job position: responsibilities, functions and growth opportunities.
Joining the company:
Once the candidate has been selected, one of the most important parts of the process begins. We will perform a proper onboarding of the employee, in this procedure the new employees will get to know the organization, their role, their new coworkers and the company’s philosophy.
Once the employee is onboarded and depending on their profile, skills and personal expectations, a career plan will be developed together with the company.
